At Photoklicker Photography, we respect the privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries of every client.
Before confirming your photography arrangements, please read this document carefully. It explains the photography services you are authorising, how your photographs may be handled, and the separate permissions you can grant for portfolio and promotional use.
Please complete the consent form at the end of this page. After successful submission, you and Photoklicker Photography will receive an email confirmation containing a record of your submitted choices.
1. Consent to Photography Services
By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand the nature of the photography services identified in your booking.
Depending on your selected service, the session may include wedding photography, pre-wedding photography, engagement photography, portraits, candid photography, or couple photography.
Your consent applies to the agreed session and activities. It does not automatically authorise activities outside the agreed scope.
You may communicate your preferences and boundaries before or during the session.
2. Romantic and Couple Photography
Pre-wedding and couple photography may include holding hands, hugging, embracing, kissing, and other romantic poses where agreed upon by the participants.
You may decline any particular pose or request that an activity stop. Agreement to one pose does not automatically mean agreement to a different or more intimate pose.
Permission to capture romantic photographs does not automatically authorise their publication on our website, social media accounts, advertisements, or other public platforms.
Where a session involves more than one identifiable adult, each participant’s consent should be obtained where required.
3. Photograph Selection and Delivery
Photoklicker Photography may capture, edit, and deliver photographs for the purposes agreed upon in your booking, including viewing, selection, album preparation, and digital delivery.
Photographs may be delivered through online galleries, cloud storage, digital transfer links, or other suitable methods.
Where a shareable link is used, access depends on the applicable platform permissions. Anyone who obtains a link may be able to access the photographs if the sharing settings permit it.
We aim to use appropriate access controls and reasonable security measures for photographs under our control.
4. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Photoklicker Photography may wish to display selected photographs in its professional portfolio, website, social media accounts, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
This permission is separate from permission to participate in a photography session.

- Authorise promotional use: You permit the use of photographs within the scope you select.
- Do not authorise promotional use: Your photographs will not be used for promotional purposes on the basis of this form.
- Restricted permission: You permit only the specific uses or photographs identified in your submission.
Where permission is required, we will obtain the appropriate authorisation before publication.
Romantic or private photographs will be subject to the separate selection provided in the form.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We handle client photographs according to the agreed services, applicable permissions, and reasonable security measures.
We will not knowingly disclose private photographs outside the agreed purposes without appropriate authorisation or another lawful basis.
If you believe your photographs have been accessed, disclosed, or circulated without authorisation, please contact us promptly and provide any relevant information available to you.
We may review available access records, restrict access to relevant galleries, preserve relevant information, and take appropriate steps within our control.
No digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee the removal of copies already downloaded or redistributed by third parties outside our control.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that may arise under applicable law.
6. Storage and Retention
Photographs may be retained for editing, delivery, album preparation, customer service, and the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations.
Requests concerning access, retention, or deletion will be assessed according to the agreed arrangements, applicable law, and any legitimate requirement to preserve relevant records.
7. Electronic Submission
By completing and submitting this form, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood the information on this page.
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You are providing your own consent and are not claiming to provide another adult’s consent without lawful authority.
- Your selections accurately represent the permissions you intend to grant.
- You understand that promotional permission is separate from consent to participate in a photography session.
- You agree that your submission may be retained as a record of your stated choices, subject to applicable law.
Your submission will be processed only after the required fields have been completed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide, and a notification will be sent to Photoklicker Photography.
8. Governing Law
This document and the relevant contractual services are subject to applicable Indian law.
Any contractual disputes shall be addressed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and the jurisdiction provisions contained therein, subject to applicable law.

1. Purpose of this form
Photoklicker Photography respects clients' privacy, dignity, personal boundaries and image rights. This form records the permissions you expressly select. It does not give Photoklicker unrestricted permission to capture, publish or distribute every photograph from your session. Please read it carefully. You may print or save this page using your browser's Print function (Ctrl+P / Save as PDF).
2. Consent to the agreed photography session
The session may include portraits, candid and posed photographs, couple photographs, wedding photography or other activities agreed at booking. You may communicate preferences, decline a pose, ask for an activity to stop, and ask questions. Consent does not extend to activities materially outside the agreed scope.
3. Romantic and couple photography
Where applicable, mutually agreed poses may include holding hands, embracing, hugging, close poses or kissing. Agreement to one pose does not mean agreement to a different or more intimate pose. Permission to capture romantic photographs is not permission to publish them.
4. Photograph selection and delivery
Photoklicker may capture multiple images and provide selected or edited photographs for viewing, selection, album preparation or digital delivery according to the booked package. Delivery may use a private gallery, cloud storage, email or another agreed method.
5. Portfolio and promotional use
Promotional use is separate from participation in a session. If authorised, selected photographs may appear on the official website, professional portfolio, business social media, advertisements, printed marketing or agreed exhibitions. No permission is inferred from payment alone. If you select restricted use, the permitted images and uses must be confirmed in writing before publication.
6. Romantic or private photographs
Permission to photograph a romantic moment is not automatically permission to publish it. You may restrict such photographs to private use, permit selected images only after reviewing them, or expressly permit promotional use subject to your Section 5 choice. Where participants differ, the more restrictive applicable permission will be followed until clarified.
7. Privacy, confidentiality and digital security
Reasonable measures will be taken to protect photographs and personal information under Photoklicker's control. Third-party cloud or gallery platforms may be used. A shareable link may be accessible to others if they obtain it and the platform settings allow access. Digital files can be copied by people with access; no online storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Photoklicker cannot guarantee removal of copies already obtained or redistributed by third parties outside its control. Photoklicker will not knowingly disclose private photographs outside agreed purposes without appropriate authorisation or another lawful basis.
8. Storage and retention
Photographs may be retained for editing, album preparation, delivery, customer service and contractual or legal obligations. Retention depends on the services, agreed arrangements and legitimate operational or legal requirements. You may contact Photoklicker to request information about retention or deletion; requests are assessed under applicable law and legitimate record-preservation requirements.
9. Other persons depicted
Each identifiable adult's consent and preferences should be addressed separately where required. You provide your own consent and do not provide another adult's consent unless legally authorised. One participant's permission is not automatically permission on behalf of all others.
10. Voluntary consent and electronic signature
You confirm that you have read and understood the form, had an opportunity to ask questions, made your selections voluntarily, and understand promotional publication is separate from participation. Electronic submission is intended to record your selections, declaration and submission time, subject to applicable law. This form does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
